Digital Strategist & Partner Executive

The Growth Bully is looking for a Digital Strategist & Partner Executive who is creative, patient, reliable, loves to work in a team & strongly driven to work on and create amazing things.

The chosen candidate will assist us in achieving our business growth objectives by utilising web technologies & other methods. The candidate will seek to increase brand awareness by identifying needs and new opportunities.

Your capabilities and experience:

1+ years of Agency experience within the marketing/project management division.

An eye for design & keeping up with industry trends.

Tech-Savvy.

Experience in managing campaigns on multiple platforms simultaneously.

Handle difficult situations that may have an impact on customers.

Comfortable usage of the following tools: Google Analytics/Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Creator Studio, Microsoft PowerPoint.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and project management skills.

As a Digital Strategist & Partner Executive with us you will be responsible for:

Project & client management.

Copywriting (articles, captions, etc.)

Assisting with scheduling of content & campaigns.

Ongoing reporting and monitoring of activations.

First point of contact with clients & Marketing division.

Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimise customer experience and ensure brand consistency.

Negotiating with vendors to obtain better prices for your customers.

Helping customers make purchasing decisions.

Developing long-term relationships with our clients.

Determine the needs and desires of your customers.

Keeping up with the latest industry trends.

Responding to customer concerns as soon as possible.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.

End of campaign reporting (together with Marketing Assistant).

Building project management systems to assure optimum efficiency on each project.

Setting digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs).

The final deliverables of your creative outputs will be contributed to (but not limited to) the following types of projects:

Web Development.

Brand Identity Development.

Marketing Campaigns.

Video/Content Campaigns.

Online/Offline written pieces.

Social Media Campaigns.

We’re based in Msida Seafront and offer a semi-hybrid approach (work/home) and offer monetary packages based on market research, together with assessment of capabilities and past experience.
