The Growth Bully is searching for a Marketing & Content Creation Intern to help us craft viral campaigns and engaging content. This is a 3-month internship, with the potential for a full-time role for standout performers.

Your Mission:

• Content Creation: Assist in developing content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Social Media: Schedule posts and manage community interactions across platforms.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and suggest fresh ideas.
• Analytics: Help track content performance and generate reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team on campaign strategies.
• Support: Assist in managing content calendars and brainstorming sessions.

Who You Are:

• Storyteller: Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Digital Native: Familiar with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Creative Thinker: Able to craft engaging and on-brand content.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Ambitious: Looking to grow into a full-time marketing role.

Short-List Skills:

• Strong writing and editing abilities
• Basic understanding of social media metrics
• Team player with a can-do attitude
