The Growth Bully is looking for a Marketing Executive with a passion for UGC, influencer partnerships, and social media management. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and the excitement of seeing campaigns go viral.

Your Mission:

• UGC & Influencer Management: Identify and coordinate with influencers and creators to produce high-quality user-generated content.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee posts across platforms while fostering community engagement.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing lead on brainstorming, developing campaign concepts, and executing creative strategies.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor the performance of social media campaigns and UGC initiatives, compiling data into actionable insights.
• Support: Assist in maintaining content calendars, meeting deadlines, and keeping the team organized.

• Digital Enthusiast: In-tune with trends across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, and eager to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Organized & Proactive: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are great at juggling multiple priorities.
• Creative Communicator: Skilled at producing content that aligns with brand voice and engages target audiences.
• Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with social media metrics and reporting tools to optimize content performance.
• Collaborative & Eager to Learn: You’re ready to work alongside a team and grow into a larger role.

Short-List Skills:

• Experience in influencer outreach and relationship management.
• Solid writing and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Basic understanding of performance analytics on platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Insights.
• A positive, team-first mindset.
• A Degree in Marketing or communications related course.

This role is on-site with hybrid flexibility based in Malta.
