The Role

This Isn’t Just a Design Job.

If you’re looking to “make things pretty” and chill—this isn’t for you. We’re after a designer who gets the brief, nails it, and knows why every pixel exists. Someone who sees design as a tool for business, not just aesthetics.

Your Mission:

  • Design That Converts

From brand identities to social posts and ad creatives—you’ll turn briefs into scroll-stopping, thumb-pausing visuals that sell. You’ll get feedback fast and iterate faster.

  • Multi-Channel Visual Execution

Design for web, mobile, and print without needing hand-holding. You’ll know how to adjust ratios, optimise formats, and keep everything sharp across platforms.

  • Collaborate with Creatives & Strategists

You won’t just sit in your corner. You’ll join brainstorms, throw ideas into the mix, and back up why your layout works better than another. We don’t do silent creatives.

  • Design Systems & File Hygiene

Structure matters. Your files will be clean. Your versioning will be clear. Your naming will make sense. No Photoshop file called “final_FINAL_3_revised_MAYBE.psd”.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’ve got a strong, versatile portfolio. One that shows thinking, not just visuals.
  • You obsess over detail—alignment, kerning, colour palettes—it all matters.
  • You know the difference between good design and effective design.
  • You can follow trends without blindly copying them.
  • You understand how visuals support a brand, not dilute it.

Must-Haves

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Figma.
  • Solid grasp of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • 1+ year in a design-driven role, agency or in-house.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and balance.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in Figma (design systems, component libraries, etc.).
  • Motion graphics know-how (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Multi-style portfolio—branding, ads, social, UGC, etc.
  • Comfortable using AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly.
  • Pop-culture radar switched on—you know what’s trending and how to adapt.
