What we built.
NJA Trading brings household and office brands to Malta, including Il Bucato di Adele laundry perfume, Sharpie and Shearer Candles, and sells them through its own online shop. We already ran its sales ads, so Black Friday had one job: turn a short window into orders without spending on products that were not moving.
The offer was simple and the same on every ad: a discount on every NJA brand, for the first hundred orders only. We ran posts and reels for each brand, then watched what sold. Il Bucato di Adele carried the sale, so most of the budget went behind it.
Over five weeks the campaign brought 32 online orders at an 8.20x return on ad spend, 28 of them in Black Friday week. The best ad, a Bucato reel, returned 10.14x on 18 orders.
