What we built.
NJA Trading runs a retail e-commerce operation where, a year earlier, paid advertising was a minor part of the picture. Most orders were coming from elsewhere, and paid was carrying a small share of the load. The brief was growth that the data could prove. Not just more sales, but a clear, attributable shift in where orders were coming from and how hard each euro of ad spend was working.
