What we built.
Healthmark provides care at home in Malta. The person who asks about care is often not the person who needs it: it is a family member, comparing who they can trust with someone they love.
We built Facebook and Instagram video ads in stages. Some introduced Healthmark and its decades of experience, some spoke to the comfort and security families want, and some asked plainly: book a consultation with Healthmark's specialists. Every ad opened a short enquiry form inside the app.
The first full month brought 109 enquiries at €6.02 each. After the targeting was tightened and the budget moved to the ads families answered, the second month brought 128 enquiries in under three weeks, at €3.39 each: 43% cheaper per enquiry.
